Background

Recognised as research committee in 1976; also recognised as a research committee of the International Sociological Association and related group of the American Political Science Association; originally known as committee on conceptual and terminological analysis (COCTA).
 

Objectives

Concepts and Methods (C&M) understands itself as an open and plural platform of discussion on basic conceptual and methodological problems in political science. It strives to promote discussions across quantitative, qualitative, and formal methods.
