At the invitation of Dr. Teh-Kuang Chang, Professor of Political Science, Faculty Advisor to the International Studies Association at Ball State University and Chair of the ����������� Research Committee on Asian and Pacific Studies (RC18), Secretary General Guy Lachapelle presented a lecture yesterday at Ball State University (Indiana) on the “Global Development of Political Science.” The lecture was free and open to public.
