¶¡Ïã³ÉÈËÉçÇø was present at the , held in person in Bogotá, Colombia, and virtually from 12-15 June 2024.

¶¡Ïã³ÉÈËÉçÇø was represented by ¶¡Ïã³ÉÈËÉçÇø Executive Committee members and 2025 ¶¡Ïã³ÉÈËÉçÇø World Congress Program Co-Chairs Irasema Coronado and Azul A. Aguiar-Aguilar, who organized and chaired the panel on Borders Unveiled: Navigating Complexities in the U.S.–Mexico Region through Migration, Feminism, and Artivism on 12 June. The panel explored the complex implications of emerging international migration flows and the continuing homicides of women in Ciudad Juárez, bringing a critical perspective to bear on the border wall through a feminist lens. Also examined was the potential of artivism and feminism to challenge the border industrial complex.

¶¡Ïã³ÉÈËÉçÇø’s Virtual Booth and World Congress Information Session
¶¡Ïã³ÉÈËÉçÇø held a virtual exhibition booth at this international congress. LASA delegates learned about ¶¡Ïã³ÉÈËÉçÇø activities and publications, as well as the upcoming  2025 ¶¡Ïã³ÉÈËÉçÇø World Congress of Political Science in Seoul. In addition, visitors received an exclusive 25% discount on ¶¡Ïã³ÉÈËÉçÇø membership. The ¶¡Ïã³ÉÈËÉçÇø World Congress team also hosted a virtual Zoom session on 12 June. The session covered several aspects of the ¶¡Ïã³ÉÈËÉçÇø World Congress, including the paper and panel submission process, ¶¡Ïã³ÉÈËÉçÇø travel grants, awards, deadlines, and sessions.
