The Department of Politics and International Studies (PIS) at International Christian University (ICU) is pleased to announce an open search for a full-time faculty position in International Relations with a particular focus on the international relations of Latin America, the Middle East, Korea, or Russia. 

ICU is one of Japan's leading private universities and offers an international community of students a bilingual, liberal arts education. The successful applicant should be a PhD holder with a track record of publications in International Relations and is expected to teach general education, foundation, and area major courses in the College of Liberal Arts, as well as courses in the Graduate School.

Qualifications: PhD or equivalent in a related field English, or English and Japanese 

Starting Date: 1 September 2025, or 1 April 1 2026
